No, not at the age of 14, there is no state that will permit marriage. Every state in the U.S. requires a person to be 18 in order to get married without parental consent, with the exception of Mississippi (21) and Nebraska (19). Mississippi requires a person to be 21 in order to get married without parental consent. Nebraska requires a person to be 19 in order to get married without parental consent.

The person to get married "with" parental consent is: girls 16, boys 16.

No, you must be at least 16 to get married with parental consent. There are a couple of states that might allow a judge to issue a court order for a marriage, but I doubt they would do that for someone that young.

Of note, in the US Territory American Samoa, the age of majority is 14, so one can get married without parental permission.

In El Salvador, a male cannot get married without parental permission until age 25.

See link for individual state laws.

No at 14 you are not an adult. When you become 18 and are legally an adult you can get married.

NO WAY! You're not even in college by 18! But before you except a confession from a man, run it by your parents first. And if they're dead, THEN it's up to you.

There are very few states that would allow a 14-year-old to get married, and in the ones that would, most would also require court approval.

Age of marriage depends widely on the country you live in. In the UK you must be 16 with parental consent or 18 without.
