Yes there are 15 year old that have babies but it's not always legal to have sex at 15. It depends on where you live. Pregnancy does also not emancipate you and if you can not provide for the child or take care of him/her, the CPS can step in and take the baby. So basically, without parents help you will not have much of a chance.
Simple answer: YES. That baby is yours and its father's. Because you are the mother, you automatically have custody of the baby when it is born unless the state has taken temporary custody (and you would know if they did).
well i am the boy , n i dont fink i should , but i think that oral sex should be legal from over 14 ! , because i got my girlfriend pregnant [ well i dont no yet ] !
Definitely!
No. They can keep their child from him but they have no right to keep him from his child.
no
17 is the age of consent so you're in the clear. Don't know what you mean by "push it" but if it's regarding the baby it's all up to the 17 year old to decide. She is the only one who is legally allowed to decide before the baby is born. After the baby is born the both of you decide.
A nine year old shouldn't be having sex. However, if a nine year old has a child and wants to keep the baby it is up to her parents because they are the ones who will be taking care of the baby.
Take her to a doctor so you know if everything is fine and she can decide what to do with her baby, keep it or not. Also find out who did it in case he's of legal age which would make it a crime.
Why is a fifteen year old even trying to have a baby? Keep it in your pants!
You are emancipated regarding your health so that includes the pregnancy. Only you can decide whether to keep the pregnancy or not. They have no right to kick you out, it would be child abandonment. After the baby is born only you and the father can decide to keep the baby or leave it for adoption. You are obligated to support the child and your parents are only responsible for supporting you. You will not be emancipated, have the right to move without their consent or anything. Apart from the baby and your health everything is as before.
If she has already had the baby, no. If she is still pregnant and still lives with them they may have some influence over her, depending on what state they live in.
If the 17 year old chooses to keep her baby than yeah I feel its his responsibility to support her and their baby. I believe its both parties responsibility. This is why no one should play with fire until they are adults and ready for kids and the consiquences. Having children is adult responsibility.
At 5 weeks old the puppies are able to mate. They might also fight with there brothers and sisters. If you decide to keep them together you must be prepared for all this.
You had your baby very young - (did you know it was a crime for a boy to have sex with a 14 year old?) and you are still legally a child. Just because you are a mother does not give you the right to decide what is best for you (and you baby) at the moment.
The amount of money a 15 year old will get paid will depend on where they work. If they baby sit, they may be able to decide what they want to charge for services.
