Sadly, Children under 18 are not legally allowed to drive any thing with above 39cc .
It depends on how many "cc" it has. If the moped if under 50cc than yes it's legal, but if the moped is over 50cc than no, is's illegal.
Not in the state of Connecticut. You need to have a drivers license to legally operate a moped.

Usually the best way to sell a moped is to put an ad in the local paper, as well as online, also it would be preferable to ask any 16 year olds if they want to buy it, as they cannot yet legally drive a car.
no sorry< you have to be at least 14 to get a moped license.
yes with a driver license
a 14 year old can ride an electric bike and at 16 they can drive a moped ( a slow motorbike)
Yes. If you are under 16 years old, you have to drive a moped under 50cc. So i think 49cc is ok <33 hope this helped!!
A 15 year old can drive a moped so i would assume that a 15 year old can also drive a mini motorcycle
