The average American family drives their car 15,000 miles per year. The more you drive your car, the more your insurance company will want to charge you.
The same way they always do. 2012 will not be much different from any other year.

Yeah if there responsible and know how to defend them selfs.
Joan of Arc died in the year 1431. The automobile was invented in 1886.
If your licence has been revoked - you are not allowed to drive - PERIOD !
Livia Krancberg is and 88 year old lady that survied the haluocast when she was 24 years old. Her and her siter help each other to save them selfs for one horrible year
no, 6 months is the law. unless they're in ur family
In Illinois, a 16 year old with a driver's license is not allowed to drive more than one passenger who is not a family member unless accompanied by a licensed driver over the age of 21.
This question is very much an opinion, but I feel as though 16 years is much too young to be on the road with a mixed population of both the young and old. Most 16 year olds are far too immature to handle the consequences of their actions which may happen on the road.
By the way this is California state law. It states,"Once you receive your license you have to wait a year(or until you turn 18) to drive 11PM-5AM/drive minors with out a 25 aged licensed driver." The "or until you turn 18" is the same as waiting a year. So if you have your license, and you're 18, you can drive between 11PM-5AM and the best part, driving around other people under 20 aka friends/family/minors.
I thing you should be able to move out when you are 16 because most people are sensiable to look after them selfs in life and not just that you perfer a life away from parents, and family you just want to have your own life and have fun.well that's my opion... . thanks for reading it
