If anyone has an answer please let me know. My son-in-law married my daughter who came over at age 14 with a working permit. his permit expired a few years ago and now how can he become legal? I would appreciate any help as he is a good boy and we want him to become legal.
Thanks
Yes, but only if you apply for a green card.

Get on a very long waiting list to get your green card. You wouldn't be an alien if you were legal
Depends- there have been some cases where a LPR, when trying to become a citizen, has been found to lack moral character when married to an illegal.
Samantha Ryan :)
Yes, you can.
An immigrant who is unlawfully within the US is not eligible for permanent residence status (green card).

They are Foreign without a green card so they would get kicked out of America.
Only if they don't have a green card, but Mexicans are not the only illegal immigrants
