The parents are still responsible for her. Without their permission she will have to wait until she is 18 in Ohio.

No, the age of majority is 18 in Ohio, not 17. Until they are an adult the parents are responsible for them.

Being 17 is still considered a minor in Ohio. They have to be 18 to more out legally.

yes a 19 year old can move out of her parents house with her children

a 16 year old can move out of parents house without consent. Yes, with a parents consent only!

move out of my parents house!!!

Anyone can move out of Ohio if they are of age. A 17 year old can't move out of state unless they have their parents permission.

Yes, if she is emancipated by a court or if her parents give her permission. Otherwise, she is a runaway.

When they are an adult. In Ohio that means the age of 18.

If she has her parent's permission, yes. Otherwise she needs to wait until she turns 18.

they should be able to.. 18 is when you're no longer controlled by parents last time i checked

you can leave home (with parents permission) at 16 so you probably can move to your other parents house. (If you wait one year then you can leave and get your own house).

No a 16 year old can not legally move out of their parents house, even if they have permission. A 16 year old is still considered a minor and would need to be emancipated to legally move.

In some cases, a 17 year old can move out of their parents home. The minor will need to have a parents permission before moving out.

Yes you will be charged as a runaway(if your parents call the police)the only way to move out of your parents house is if you get married(which your parents have to sign for if your under 18). There is no emansipation law in Ohio so that is also out of the question. so if your parents don't call the police on you then your in the clear.

I don't know if you can if you don't get divorced from your parents.

Yes you can move out however, your parents will be responsible for your actions till you are 18.

Yes. Many people does that in Canada where I'm from. They do that when they are mad at their parents.

A child under the age of 18 cannot move out of their parents' house without the parents' consent. They could petition the court for emancipation.

A 16 year old girl can not move out of her parents house to go and live with her 18 year old boyfriend, because she is not of age and she is not grown. DSS can and will step in if the parents allow this young lady to move. If she attemps to run away from home and move in DSS will remove her from the home.

In the state of NY, a 16 year old cannot legally move out of their parents house without their consent. They would have to go to court to become an emancipated minor to do so.

yea unless Ur parents are ill x

No. Your parents are legally responsible for you.

No they may not. You have to be an adult, 18, to move out unless the parents allow it.
