Unless the state has a law that specifically states that a convicted felon cannot perform that duty (I am not familiar with one - which is not to say there isn't one), if the Grandfather wishes to name him the Executor he may do so. It is likely that the porbate court will not interfere.

as long as its not a drug trafficking violation.
It is very unlikely. Most agencies would not consider a convicted felon for any position.
In Arizona, individuals with felony drug convictions are generally ineligible to receive food stamps under federal law. However, states have the option to modify this rule, and Arizona has chosen to do so. If a convicted drug felon complies with the state's requirements, completes treatment or counseling, and passes drug tests, they may be eligible to receive food stamps in Arizona.
Honestly, I would find another career. You are not going to be able to work in health care with any felony, let alone a drug-related one. Your only hope is find someone that doesn't check backgrounds. But anyone who does isn't going to want a felon, and anyone who doesn't check, isn't worth working for.
A convicted felon can pursue any type of degree program that is offered. Some that would be best may be computer repair and programming. Drug and alcohol counseling would be another. It is best to stay away from degrees in law enforcement and medical degrees.
The court does not order the convicted person to take a drug test. But by law 16-11.5 CRS you are required as a convicted felon, to submit to a assessment test for the use of controlled substances or alcohol. This assessment test includes the surveys you will complete today and a urine test at a Health Service facility
Currently no. There have been bills proposed in the legislature to opt out of this requirement but so far none of them have passed
If my felony is six in a half year old a drug case can I get a job at Rosa health care or girling health care?
