i talked to DCFS and they told me i'm of age and that i can move out of the group home without my foster parents/ guardians permission and that it's my decision to make theirs...
Since you have guardians and live in a group home (I saw your comment on another Discussion so I added it for clarification) I don't think you can. It depends what the papers from the court say. Speak to your guardians and if you can't move to her see if you can see to that you get to see each other more often. There's also letters and emails and Skype where you can talk face to face.
no only if you give them the permission
I believe that you have to be 18 to do that
No, and it would require a court order.
you can go to a health clinic such as tapestry health and you may purchase it there with out your parent/ guardian knowing
In California you must be 18 to get married without permission. With parental permission you can get married under 18, but it requires the presence of a parent. A birth certificate will also be required.
No, they cannot prevent the father from being on a birth certificate if he consents to it. They cannot add him without his permission.
No birth control is 100% effective, and there is always the risk of sexually transmitted disease. With that in mind, you have to decide what is 'safe' for you.
Yes, but the father can motion the family court to stop the action, or have it changed back when he finds out.
By "birth certificate," I assume you mean, Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity, and the answer is, yes. The minor parent's parents/guardians may be required to witness his signature.
Well, in Florida, you have to be 18 to get a tattoo without parental consent, but if you take a parent with you, you can be pretty much any age. They will need to bring your birth certificate and they will need to bring their I.D. to prove that they really are related to you.
Depends. Even if he is not on the birth certificate he can still have a court ordered visitation and pay child support. In that case she needs both his and the courts permission.
