That's really bad. Your body will be in starvation mode so when you start eating a bigger amount it'll stay in your body instead of digesting it and you'll gain weight again. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Really good exercises to do is ride a bike jump rope, jumping jacks, running, jogging and running. I think you should measure yourself and go my measurements because when you workout your gonna gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I'm also 15 and by eating right and just walking up and down hills for 30minute to an hour my pants got lose in 2-4 weeks but i wasn't trying that much. but right now i still wanna lose 2 pant sizes in 1 month its gonna be really hard but if you want it really bad and you work hard you'll get there.
