Not even close legally. From the IN game regulations-

Crossbows are legal hunting

equipment during the late Archery deer

season and can be used to harvest deer of

either sex only in the late archery season.

Crossbows must have a minimum 125-pound

pull and a mechanical safety. It is illegal to

have an arrow placed on the crossbow string

outside of legal deer hunting hours while in

the field.

Why there a cross between the stags antlers on the Jagermeister Logo?

The cross is a reference to Saint Hubertus (the saint of hunters) and Saint Eustace (who saw a bright cross between the antlers of a deer he was about to kill).

Who would win in a fight between a deer and a man?

A buck on the rut can easily kill a man with his antlers and sharp hooves. However a man with a good hunting knife on hand will be able to defend himself and kill the deer. He won't be so lucky with his bare hands though. A man with a hunting rifle, a bow-and-arrow or a crossbow can also kill a deer, provided he's shooting at a desirable distance to kill a deer.

How many deer can kill a tiger?

None. Lions don't eat deer, though they are more than capable of killing them, and deer don't kill lions. Deer choose to run or get the heck out of there over killing a lion, no matter how large the herd of deer is!!

Why do people kill deer?

Some kill for the meat, others for the (dubious, in my opinion) thrill of the hunt, and the trophies provided by the head, skin and antlers. In some cases, deer populations are culled to prevent them from getting out of hand, which can lead to problems including increased traffic accidents, overgrazing, grazing of cash crops, and deer tick infestations.

Can a bear kill a deer?

Probably not. A single deer has no chance of killing a bear, since the bear is way too strong and big for the deer to kill. The deer could possibly kill a cougar or a wolf though. In fact, deer are almost 80 percent bears' menus.
