Yes, it can run but this will destroy the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter.
This car has coil packs on it 1 coil for 2 cylinders, it goes 1 4 6 3 2 5, that is first coil is for cylinders 1 & 4 next coil for cylinders 6 & 3 next coil is for cylinders 2 & 5
Front cylinders 1-3-5, Back cylinders 2-4-6, Coils 1-4-5-2-3-6 (starting at the front of the car)
Front cylinders 1-3-5, Back cylinders 2-4-6, Coil packs 1-4-5-2-3-6 (starting at front of car)
Firewall 1-3-5 2-4-6 Front of car
Cylinders 1-2-3 are on the passenger's side of the car numbered from the front of the engine to the back. Cylinders 4-5-6 are on the driver's side of the car numbered from the front to the back. Firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6.
1-6-5-4-3-2 clockwise & the cylinders on the driverside of the car are 1-3-5 from front 2 back. On the passenger side the cylinders are 2-4-6

Standing in front of the car looking at the engine, the front 3 cylinders are from left to right 4-5-6. The 3 cylinders next to the firewall numbered left to right are 1-2-3. Bank two is the bank where cylinders 4-5-6 are located. Bank one is the rear bank where cylinders 1-2-3 are located.
