As long as it isn't viewed locally as 'immodest' then probably yes. Please see some comments from the Watchtower magazine below
Watchtower 08 6/15 p. 13 par. 9 Qualities We Must Pursue
'For instance, whether we are choosing a wedding dress or deciding what to wear while shopping, our appearance should always harmonize with our claim "to reverence God." '
Watchtower 06 10/15 p. 30 Increase the Joy and Dignity of Your Wedding Day
'There have been cases, though, when the gowns of brides and bridesmaids were immodest, being very low-cut or see-through." In his meeting with the bride and groom beforehand, one mature Christian elder helps them to keep a spiritual perspective. How? By asking them whether the attire they have in mind would be modest enough to wear to a Christian meeting. Granted, the style of clothing might be different from regular meeting attire, and what is worn for the wedding may reflect local custom, but the level of modesty should accord with dignified Christian standards'
Most importantly, it is a place of worship. That is why Jehovah's Witnesses try put on their most appropriate clothing for their meetings, as it is a form of worship, and so deserves a respectful tone. This does not mean that everyone must wear the same thing and the same color and the same style, but it does require some common sense. If you are not sure, it can be a good idea to get a cue from what sort of clothing your local Witness friends wear to meetings, and you will be in the right direction.
Does The Bible have anything to say about this?
Yes, in fact it does. Referring to how people should worship...
(1 Timothy 2:9, 10) ". . .I desire the women to adorn themselves in well-arranged dress, with modesty and soundness of mind, not with styles of hair braiding and gold or pearls or very expensive garb, 10 but in the way that befits women professing to reverence God, namely, through good works."
This is in no way too restricting or overbearing, and it reflects the way that each person is trusted to use their free will and make wise choice about clothing. The same principle would without a doubt apply equally to men.
There is no official dress code for a Witness wedding, but as in most societies, people generally dress as smartly as possible without detracting from the celebration of the bride and groom.
Yes they do most of the time have bridesmaids. It depends on if the bride wants it.But it is aloud
Generally pretty well the same as their neighbours.
You should dress very modestly. No low-cut tops or skirts way above the knee.
The Witnesses do not have a dress code. They do make sure whatever clothes they do wear is modest and clean.
No, the mother of the bride does not have to wear a blue dress. The mother of the bride can wear any color dress she likes best, provided it's not white to upstage the bride.
Diane Keaton wore a famous Mother of the Bride dress in the movie "Father of the Bride". This dress is available at several retail stores including Macy's.
No woman going to the wedding should wear the exact color of the bride. In the case of this bride wearing a wedding dress with a lot of red in it then it is fine if the mother wears a more solid color of dress or it will take away from the bride. The bride is the focal point and thus, the wedding party and female guests should not dress in the colors of the bride. This is up to you, the bride. Oftentimes, the bride will want the mother of the bride to wear a dress that is complementary to the colors of the wedding. In this case, the secondary color of your wedding dress is red. So, it is appropriate for the MOB to wear a solid red dress or a dress that has red tones in it alongside another color or colors. This really does not take away from the bride's dress or the bride herself.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not live by a dress code, but by Bible principles- particularly in harmony with 1 Timothy 2:9-10. They do not have a list of rules that govern dress and grooming, each must let their Bible-trained conscience be their guide...in line with God's word. The principles in this scripture say that one should dress with modesty, soundness of mind, well-arranged dress, and in a way that befits a woman that professes to reverence God. Since Jehovah's Witnesses believe that you are a christian at 24/7, this applies at all times..in whatever you wear for whatever purpose.
its up to the bride!
The phrase "mature bride" is misleading.
