yes it can depending on your results. results are converted into UCAS points so the higher the grade the more UCAS points you get. e.g. PPP = 120 MMM = 240 DDD = 360
I'm not sure what this means. A "diploma mill" is what you use instead of going to college, if you want to have a degree and don't care whether it's legitimate or not. I don't think there are diploma mills at the high school level.
It depends on the University offerings. There are few Universities which are offering Bachelor diploma in specific department like marketing. On the other hand, there are Universities which are offering general diploma.
High school graduation required, but if you did not graduate from high school but got a GED instead they will accept that in place of a high school diploma.
Yes a person can get their GED at Malcom X College. A person gets a GED instead of their High School Diploma.

The University of Memphis but he decided to go straight to the NBA instead.
He did not go to college, but instead chose to start his career writing for the Kansas City Star.
It depends on whether your college has become a university before or after you graduated, whether the name of college is different from the name of the university and if the name change took place less than ten years ago (Example: Maryland's Villa Julie College became StevensonUniversity in 2008). If you want to, for example, list your education on a resume, and the name of the school changed after you graduated, one option is to put down the original name of the school at the time of your graduation and in parentheses, "now known as [new/current name of school]". Another way to do this is to put down the current name of the school and put in parentheses, "formerly known as [previous name of school]".
It depends upon what dilpoma you will be taking iwas orignaly going to take the National award diploma level 3 ICT but my 6th form adviced me agaisnt because it is very new and untested, i opted to do a normal IT A level instead of the diploma it also left me options to do more A levels and be able to subjects that i enjoy whihc oringaly i would not have been able to do. The Diploma is recongised by business (well should be) but i reckomend A levels leave more optinos open to you! :P
Amelia Earhart attended junior college at the Ogontz School for Girls (now Penn State Abington) but did not graduate. A year after leaving she planned on enrolling at Smith College but instead chose Columbia University. She left the program after one year.
You will need to check with a particular college to see if it accepts a GED instead of a High School Diploma. If you are 18 and get kicked out of high school and then get your GED, the answer is probably not, or at least not at this time. If you are 30 and decide to get serious and decide to continue your education and get a GED, the answer is probably yes. Still, if you are 18 there might be a college that will accept you.
In my opinion you can achieve just the same in a college what you can at Uni, and not be in debt of thousands. At university if you go and decide that the course is definitely not for you, then you're in s**t, you've applied for all your fee's , housing. Whereas a college, after 3 months if its not for you, you simply leave.
