According to the teachings of the Islam religion, a Muslim man (divorced or not) can marry a woman who is Muslim, Christian, or Jewish (divorced or not). It is required that the women believes like the "people of the book". That is a Christian that believes in the message that Jesus brought, as indicated by the Qur'an, and a Jewish women that believes in the messages that their prophets brought, such as not making Idol worship and not believing that Jesus is God himself.
Note, however, that the reverse (i.e. a Muslim woman marrying a a divorced Christian man) is unacceptable in Islam.
