Yup, it sure can. As long that the tv has the outlit to plug it in.
If you have HDMI and a Sony HDTV the TV remote will work on the PlayStation 3 Slim. I don't know if the TV remote will work on other HDTVs, but I do know that only the PS3 slim has the HDMI sync. It is also possible to use the PS3 controller as a remote to play the DVD
No a PS3 can play on any TV that has input plugs to connect the PS3
no it comes with the av cable aka the red white and yellow wires that plug into any of those compatible TV's that support it however i am told it looks better with a 1080p TV
Nope, you don't need one. You can use your controller that you use to play games. The new PS3 slim when connected to a Sony HDTV with HDMI cable will allow the Sony TV remote to work the PS3 video controls
The whole world has PS3 so you should be able to no matter where you go.Yes, but you cannot play Canadian games on a South African PS3 or play South African games on a Canadian PS3 because of the difference between PAL (used in South Africa) and NTSC (used in Canada). However as televisions are PAL/NTSC neutral, it should not prove a problem to connect a PS3 from one country to a television in the other.
You can play any games you want from around the world because it is not region locked.
Yes if the TV has the ability to have Audio and Video plugs the PS3 will work. The PS3 will only be 480I or standard TV and will not be in HD, but the cable that comes with a PS3 is for standard TV. Just look on the back of the TV and if it has spots to plug things in besides an antenna the PS3 will work
you can play a PS3 on any TV that can connect with the A/V cable that came with the PS3 or the Optional PS3 component or HDMI cables. Normal TVs have a way to connect a VCR, DVD, and or a Game consoles and only very cheap or very old and cheap don't yes u can by just connecting it to the t.v with the cable which came with it
Some of them do work but all the BLU ray discs are sure to work. Never had a problem with any DVD that does not work on slim 120 GB PS3 including DVDs of TV shows I burned on my Media Center PC. They even look better on the PS3 than on my Sony DVD/VCR because they have been upgraded to near HD quality.
The PS3 slim can is good but it depends on what kind of person you are. If your a nerd like myself that loves awesome graphics (with hd) then you might not like it cause there no hdmi. if you play video games quite a bit but are satisfied with the original ps3s graphics then i would go with that because it can do more that the slim. like play ps2 games and stuff like that so if i had to make a descision then i would go with the bulk Hope this helps Like the original PlayStation 3, the PS3 Slim also features HDMI, with the 1.3 profile no less, which supports high-fidelity digital audio formats. Compared to the original PS3, the Slim however utilizes mechanical buttons, as opposed to the touch sensitive ones of the original. The main power switch on the back has also been omitted, leaving only the one on the front. Overall, the Slim boasts roughly a 30% reduction in mass and 60% in weight. The power adapter is still internal, and the new fabrication process allows it to consume less electricity, letting it run quieter than the original model. Additionally, one feature the PS3 Slim introduces is BRAVIASync, allowing the user to control the PS3's functions through the use of their television remote.
Yes Just connect it to the TV with the cable that came with the PS3.
a standard ps3 can play on a normal tv as long as u have the right cable that are coax not hdmi
