Engine overheating will cause the anti-freeze to surge into the overflow tank. A blown head gasket will also cause the anti-freeze to surge into the overflow tank.
You are most likely overheating.
The Electrical board. If it's not the ac shutting off on you, it's the power windows not working.
The pressure from the radiator is pushing out through the overflow canister. Probably solved with new radiator cap but could be an indication of head gasket problems if pressure gets too high.
