In the UK, if an officer swears at you or makes obscene comments, you have the right to ask his name and number, and then report the event to his employing police constabulary, or contact the Independent Police Complaints Commission, who will put the officer to a disciplinary panel. The system in the US and abroad may vary, though. Although if you are swearing or not doing as the officer says even in the UK the officer can swear at you the same way you are swearing at him i know from experience :) By the way I'm from the UK.
