That's generally not a good idea. Alloy is strong and light but once it's bent a lot of it's strength is lost. Bending it again to straighten it will only make it weaker.
I wouldn't say bad for your car however you may notice a wheel wobble when driving, if tis an alloy wheel get it checked incase the rim may have a hairline crack
Any decent alignment shop or place that sells and installs tires can remove the wheel, remove the tire, and check the wheel to see if it is bent. If it is bent very badly, just jacking up that wheel and spinning it by hand, you can see that it is bent.
