Is my understanding these frames are mostly the same but some mounting points are different. The body mounts may need to be moved and possibly emergency brake mounting brackets and I have heard that there may be different attachment and mounting points for the front and rear bumper assemblies.
Answer Yes if you know how to weld and relocate these items.
***I have just completed this swap. 4 body mnts need moved (firewall mnt and mnt by front of door. Rear of frame needs mod as C3 frame turns up and C2 turns down. C3 front frame horns are missing mnt area for radiator support. There is a frame stiffer behind the seats of the C3. Must be removed or C2 body needs modified. Takes some work. Don't know if I would do it again or just get the disc brake conversion kit. ***

None. The C2 Corvette Stingray was not produced in 1960. The first Stingray was produced in 1963.
