simply put yes. at the moment you have 2 main home computing competitors, both have stifled competition over the years by buying out any smaller companies that have begun to make in roads into the home computing market; if you look around there are many interesting stories of extremely hostile approaches made by both these 2 companies towards smaller concerns. whether price fixing has occured in collusion is open to debate, but, price is determined by and large by the capacity to manufacture and deliver, so, the more you can make the less unique and often prices fall; prices in terms of manufacturing etc, reason being often price is effected by manufacturing process, if you have 1 dye cast to cut (all identical) but millions of them it is much cheaper than having millions to cut all different. and if you have millions to cut full stop it is cheaper than having 10's to cut. smaller companies have to be unique and different, often their manufacturing costs are much higher because their runs are much smaller and differ vastly.

If people are being stopped from doing what they want to do by computer technology, they will probably find some way to take control of that computer technology and get it out of their way. This is why security systems which are controlled by computers are typically designed so that they cannot be taken control of by anyone outside of a trusted circle. Human beings would tend to rebel against this force of computer technology. If the second scenario were to become commplace across an entire culture, we would see people going along with what the computer technology forces them to do. This is because otherwise, they are not capable of doing anything. Because computer technology is designed to help people accomplish things, people see no reason to stop computer technology from helping more and more all the time. However, people need opportunities to grow and develop skills and abilities of their own. If humans become too reliant on computer technology, they will be unable to function without it. This is why some people who don't learn to navigate based on a sense of place, direction, resource, and risk, end up dying in dangerous places by strictly following the directions given to them by electronic navigation systems in their vehicles. Human beings would tend to go along with this force of computer technology.

Always there would be war between the other countries and always the country without information and technology would loose. There would be no entertainment to the public of the country as there would be no television, no one could get out of their houses at night because there is no streetlight and no member of the country would not know about their current affair of their country. So if the country has no technology and information then the country wouldn't survive in this world.
