Without the Sixth Amendment, the majority of trials would be unfair. Many people might be sent to jail because of the trial would most likely have a biased jury.
Without protection from self-incrimination, law enforcement agents might take advantage of suspects. They might try to intimidate a suspect into confessing just to hurry the investigation along. The suspect would not be able to get out of the investigation and could be forced into a false confession.
Without the right to a trial by jury, criminal or civil disputes could be decided arbitrarily by a judge as opposed to based on a more balanced review from fellow citizens.
There is no exact answer to this question because different epople believe in different things. For instance people might think that it is so stupid to think about this and others might think that you feel pain and others might think that it isscary and unbelievable to happen.
Without this right, it might be made illegal for private citizens to own weapons. If the private citizens had no weapons, it would be easier for criminals to take advantage of law-abiding people. It would also be easier for the military to take over the country and much harder to overthrow an illegal government.
