Yes.. sort of.
One of my cats becomes very aggressive towards anyone (human or animal) who attempts to approach myself or my other two cats in what he considers to be a threatening manner. If they don't back off, he will attack.
If anyone ever broke in and he felt that I was at risk, there is no question in my mind that T. would put the intruder in the hospital.
That said, he was not trained to exhibit this behavior, and I wish I could break him of it! I hate having to keep him away when I have company for fear of somebody setting him off. It's definitely not a positive thing.
if the cat is little bit bad to stangers no or yes
Well, that depends on what it's guarding. It can guard it's kittens well enough, but I wouldn't have it guard my valuables or anything.
a cat can't do much but they can be a show cat or a guard cat but that's about it
a cat
it depends on the type of cat. every cat is different. most will stalk it until the squirrel is caught off guard, then it will pounce
Sorry..... Didn't mean to run over your cat
The cat misses the dog. Thinks maybe he'll dig himself out of that hole and come play. They must have been very close.
The sabre cat stalked its prey. The guard drew his sabre and ordered the intruder to stop.
No, it's not a Tom & Jerry cartoon, but it is an MGM cartoon made around that time by Tex Avery. I believe the name of said cartoon is "Counterfeit Cat".It's the cat that is saying "Bow Wow!" trying to get that bird and bribing the dog guarding said bird with bones. When he gets busted by Guard Dog, Cat looks at Guard Dog and smiles "Bow Wow?" At that point, Guard Dog holds up a pair of dog ears Cat had stolen from another dog earlier in the film, and he shouts, "Meow Wow!" My favorite Tex Avery cartoon.
She is the equivalent to Knuckles, in the fact that Knuckles guards the Chaos Emeralds, and Blaze guards the Sol Emeralds.
Not really. Catfish build nests to spawn in. Some types of cat fish will guard their eggs until they hatch, and sometimes the male will guard the baby fish for a week. But after that, the babes are on their own.
Chantilly/Tiffany Cat (friendliest cat)---------Border Collie (smartest dog)----------Golden Retriever (most affectionate dog)----------Persian (most popular cat breed)---------Australian Cattle Dog (easiest to train dog)----------Bullmastiff (top ten guard dog) and canaries
There is company that sells "Soft Paws." they are glued over cat claws to guard furniture from scratching. They're an alternative to declawing your feline.
== == * Sounds unusual, but I have a female and male dog and a cat. When it started I used a spray bottle with cold water in it and gave them blast of it catching them off guard (it's natural for them to do this) and it did the trick in about a week.
