Yes. Sometimes labor can take a long, long time. But if 12 hours have passed and she's made no changes, I might suggest a vet. Simply because it sounds like those kitties will never come out otherwise. If they're stuck, it might be fatal to kittens and mothers.
Alternatively, she may just have been pregnant with one kitten.

∙ 14y agoyes it is possible because some need develpoing more and sometimes they come out healthy or they are still born.iwouldnt worry,in experience my cat has gave birth to more in 4 days and one came out with a eye prolblem but the others were fine.

∙ 14y agono, it can have up to about five in one go. when i got my cat he had about 4 brothers/sisters. but there is a chance taht it might ave only 1 baby. it really depends on the cat.

∙ 12y agoNot at the same time, but cats can have more than 2 litters in their life time. They actually can have 2-3 litters a year. An average cat lives about 15 years. That would be 30-45 litters. Lets say an average of 5 kittens per litter for a total of 150-225 kittens. Wow!
