It is not up to the child to EVER decide if they want to go to visitation. Visitation is court ordered and the other parent has the RIGHT to see the child. As long as the visitation order is in effect, the child must go to the visitation.
This is because parents plot and scheme and brainwash their children into believing that the other parent is the anti christ (custodial parents).
Both parents should be encouraging a productive relationship between any child and their other natural parent.
The child can decide to do whatever they want when the court ordered visitation expires or they reach the age of 18.
18. However, a younger child is always free to express their wishes, either in court or by writing a letter to the judge in charge of their custody/visitation. If the judge feels the child provides valid reasons why they no longer wish to visit their parent, the visitation order may be modified.
Otherwise, court ordered visitation must continue until that happens, if it happens, or the custodial parent could be found in contempt of court and fined or even jailed for their child's failure to obey court ordered visitation.
No. A minor cannot be the one to decide with which parent they live. If the parents can't agree on which one has custody, a judge will make the decision during a custody suit. This applies to any children under the age of 18 years.
There is no set age. It depends on the judge, the situation, and the child's reasons to live with that particular parent. If you are old enough to articulate your preference and the judge thinks you understands his questions and has consistent responses, you are old enough.
You can't force a child out of the house in any state under age 21
No matter the state you live in until you are 18 you cannot decide who you live with. You can however get your own attorney to help fight for your best interests.
Age 18
see links below
Only if the parents give consent to it.
sixteen
When they are 18.
If not married/divorced, he can decide when the child is with him. If the child is with the other parent he would have to prove in court that the person is bad for the child to be around so he can get a restraining order or he has no right to decide who the child sees when the child is with the other parent.
Age 18 see link below
I would guess it would be at 16 because you have priority
As long as you are a minor your parents will decide where you live. So if you when you are of legal age want to move to the other parent and they are willing, then you can move. In Idaho it's at 18yo.

The child can not decide this on their own until they are 18. And yes, you owe money and they have to be paid. If both parents agree and let the child move, the former custodial parent have to pay child support to you.
Impossible to answer. If your custody is challenged by the other parent, it may well become one of the disqualifications that the other parent will use against you. Only the judge can decide.

Not on taxes no. The parent the child lives with has the main right to claim the child. But if that parent can't or doesn't want to then the other parent can
No you can not. The court will issue both a custody order and a visitation schedule and you must follow it. Courts do not give that power to one parent over the other.
