I wouldn't try it if you are sane.
If you witness a cop doing something illegal, you may do anything from filing a complaint with their department, to reporting it to another department or state police, depending on the severity of the crime.
Most 'disrespect' would be covered as free speech, but that will not ever protect you from an officer who knows his rights and his job. Some officers can get very creative in finding a legitimate reason to arrest or ticket you, and be perfectly justified in doing so.
Generally it's not worth the potential hassle to be actively disrespectful to any authority figure. If you have a specific reason or need to do so, do it; but if it's just because you don't like cops then you need to be sure that you are absolutely and unquestionably not in violation of any federal, state, county or city regulation.
You may not know what your state law is on mud flaps for your truck, but the officer you aggravate probably does.
yes

Harrassment.
ANSWER: Yes he can, after all this is his wife. But, and I mean but this cop can't fix his wife ticket or arrest because his going to dishonor the ethic of the police department.
Yes. This was the cause of his first arrest at age 20.
Sure. A mask isn't important.
They can get you on suspicion alone. If a cop has reason to believe then they have the right.
If a minor is pulled over and found with marijuana in Ohio, is it possible that a cop could simply not arrest you? If the cop doesn't say "you are under arrest" but calls the station to call your parents and pick you up, is it possible you really aren't under arrest? If you are told that a letter will be sent to you after lab results were taken on the marijuana telling you the situation, and you did not recieve it within 60 days or even at all, would that person be "free"?
They can either arrest u or u can run and they can chase u
they can't go in too details as they must keep it private.
