Yes and no. A lone wolf will have no trouble taking down a sick, injured or young horse. However, against a healthy mare or stallion, he wouldn't have much of a chance because of that horse's ability to kick, and bite at its attackers. A horse can even out run a wolf with much effort. A pack of wolves have enough strength to kill a horse.

In most cases reported, this has happened becasue when a dog is very attached to his owner, he becomes over protective. This means that when the owner approached or maybe even rode the horse, the dog went in and attacked it.

Nope. Horses are not predators their prey animals. That means that they want to run from danger. A horse will only fight with another animal if it is cornered and the other animal is trying to hurt it. The only thing a horses try to kill are the flies that bite them! True, somtimes accidents happen an people are hurt by horses but that doesn't mean that horses are ruthless killers. It just means that accidents happen.

Well, if wolves can kill wild horses for food (which they do), then there is a likely chance that a dog could as well.

Yes and vice versa

I would suggest cooking it above a temperature of 70'C to make sure because at this temperature most enzymes denature.

Yes, especially if they have sharp horns enough to gore one.

Yes they can, quite easily too. all it takes is one well aimed kick to the head to kill a dog, or a horse rearing up and landing on the dogs spine.
