The current wife does have remedies at law. She should seek the advice of an attorney to discuss the options.
No
only if he's innocent
Yes but you would be innocent until proven guilty.
No, not until acquitted.
when Clifford and Betty was arrested and no body believe in them that they were innocent.
nothing until proven innocent in the court of law
I think it has to be proven, but you can be in jail while you are in court and you're technically innocent until proven otherwise (America).
No he did not don't you worry he's still alive too but he did lose a lot of weight but he did it in a healthy manor
It means that either the jury (or judge) found you not to be guilty of the offense for which you were arrested - or - the prosecution failed to prove its case against you. Not guilty does NOT mean the same as being found innocent!
If you have committed a crime you can be arrested anywhere. The above is true, but if they have no real evidence and want to come onto your property to have you come down for questioning or need to search your home, garage, etc., they need a warrant first. You have the right to call a lawyer even though you may be innocent.
No not automatically. The record of your arrest, and your charge and the not guilty verdict will appear unless/until you request it be expunged.
It usually depends on the charge. The Army doesn't want to take chances. If it was dropped because of a settlement or he was found innocent, then yes.
