It depends what you spent time in prison for and if you rehibilitated yourself and can get a job, have a decent place to raise your children and then go to court and see if you can have custody of your children. If you've worked hard at rehibilitating yourself and a hard worker then it's highly possible a judge could give you either partial custody or full custody of your children. You should be prepared to tell the judge who you will have looking after your children while you are at work such as a mother or grandmother, sister or aunt.
yess becaue she is not doing what she is supposed to so you will probly get it
believe it would be grounds to check into
If she has custody of the kids. Legal custody.
Custody of her kids
Yes.
If a mother can stay clean from drugs for a year or more; have a decent job; live in a decent environment and provide for a child properly then she can go to court to at least go for joint custody to prove she is a fit mother. If she does win then she has to be drug free; no wild parties in the home with old friends who do take drugs; keep working and be sure her child is in safe hands at all times.
It really depends. I think that the mother and father should have full custody. I say this because the mother is doing this to get better, for the benefit of her kids. Some might argue that she should not have custody because why would she had to go to rehab in the first place. It really depends. I think that the mother and father should have full custody. She has to have possession to have filed for custody. Canada has no jurisdiction over the kids.
Yes. Why don't you file for custody? see link
Yes. In custody court it can be established that the mother is unable to properly and safely care for the children due to her unstable psychiatric history. Supervised visits with the mother may also be court ordered.
Yes he can. The court will award full custody to the mother or to a legal guardian if necessary. However, the father will be required to pay child support.
Yes, if their mother has custody. The only way you could keep the children is by a court order to that effect.
