That wouldn't make mush since would it. So you pay HER to raise you two's kid while he/she is living with you? It is time to go back to court and get this changed if this were me. I had to pay child support years ago and I didnt pay her a dime more than she was supposed to get. I took care of my little girl with what she needed beyond child support payments bc I love her, but the woman she was something else. Anyway, go to court and get this changed. That way you can claim the kid on taxes since the kid lives with you. Good luck.
If you have custody of the child there is no reason why sending the money to the other parent where the child does not live. The money goes to the child. Go back to court and sort this out because unless you stand as custodial parent they wont change it.
Unless the court determines that it would be contrary to the child's interests, the non-custodial parent should be able to see the child whether or not the NCP pays or is able to pay child support.
This would be entirely up to the court in terms of custody and visitation rights, depending on your particular situation.
Paying child support will not cause the father to lose his parental rights - neither will not paying child support.

No but your mother can. The child support goes to her and not you.
My answer to that would be 'No'. The father is responsible for providing child-support regardless of who has custody of the child; at least until the age of 18.
now that you are married to the father of your child he doesn't pay child support but pays no gives more money to support yours and his child and running the household. good luck

The father has to have the court's consent to cease paying child support.
what do I do if my child's father is no where to be found what do I do if my child's father is no where to be found
If you are the child's father then you really have little legal support to not support your child. Your child is legally entitled to your financial support.

A father cannot petition for emancipation, the child has to. And it doesn't relieve him of paying back support payments.

You can sign your rights away but you will still have to pay child support if you are the father or mother of the child. There is no way to avoid paying child support.
