Yes, but what do you mean by felon? Someone convicted of a felony 10 years ago that has completed their sentence is still a convicted felon. There is no law forbidding them to drink. Someone on active probation/parole can drink unless they are specifically ordered not to drink. A positive urinalysis for alcohol is not a violation unless they are ordered not to drink.

If a felon is not on probation they can drink. If on probation a felon cannot drink, it's apart of the UA (urine analysis) it violates probation even though alcohol is legal, stupid I know.

Yes, I currently work in a restaurant that employs and has employed several convicted felons, the most recent just got off a 15 year sentence for attempted homicide of a police officer.

Yes, if a felon is hired at a restaurant or bar in Florida they can serve alcohol. This has to go along with the felon being over the age of 21.
