Usually not but this would clearly be identified within a state's department of business regulation of professional standards and requirements. In Rhode Island, they can not become a licensed real estate agent with a felony conviction.

A convicted felon can do anything he/ her puts their mind to.
Yes.
Yes
no In the U.S. a felon cannot possess a gun at all, unless the felon's rights have been restored.
A convicted felon may not own, possess, or have access to firearms, period. This isn't the answer to his question. Yes, a felon can sell a gun. Federal law says you can't BUY one, it doesn't say you can't SELL one. Yes, it's a crime for you to possess it, but thats a seperate legal matter. An addtion to the answer though: If a felon takes a gun into a pawn shop to sell it, the felon has possession of the gun. A person other than the felon would have to handle the transaction for the felon.
Only if you would like to become a felon yourself, and go to prison. This is HIGHLY illegal.
No, sorry

If you are referring to a license to sell real estate - - you would have to check with your state's licensing board to determine the answer to your question. Well, there are some qualifications in order to get a license to sell a timeshare. I think a felon will have a hard time to get that license.
Typically, no a felon cannot sell a car at a dealership in California. Unless, of course, they are the outright owner of the car in which they are trying to sell to the dealership, (and have all the paperwork to prove this true) OR they are under an employment agreement with the dealership, and it is their job to sell cars at the dealership.
You need an attorney.
