If you are the fence company, I would not recommend it. Too many legalissues that turn out bad for you, but there is something that you can do for payment. Many times in the past I have run into the customer that would not return calls and pay their bill. Depending on how much they owe you (this might not be worth it monetarily), get a lawyer to file a mechanics lien on the property. Many times I have run into people fixing up their house to sell and getting a new fence but not paying for it. I filed a lien and they could not even sell the house until they took care of paying me. Most people will pay when the 30 day notice from the lawyer of a lien shows up in their mailbox, it's amazing how fast they call!
The contractor mark up on a chain link fence is usually twice the amount you could get it for yourself. You may be able to purchase it and have you contractor install it.
My parents went through this a few years ago. Nobody does. It's usually the party who wants the fence repaired/replaced. My parents were fine with the old fence and told our neighbors "No" they will not help with the cost. Neighbors could do nothing about it. They replaced the fence anyways.
For a business loan, you need to create a business plan that you will hand to the bank or your loan provider. If you want a grant, you would either have to research, if there are any grants available, or hire a grant proposal writer to do that for you and write the proposal for you.
They study the paper history and public records to give you an insurance policy that you actually own the property. They cannot prove that someone's long lost brother-in-law doesn't have a claim, but they can do enough research to be willing to cover your loss if the guy turns up after you've purchased the property (or the guy who installed the fence or built the garage and claims he never got paid, etc.). Read the fine print in the title policy you have now, or any title policy. If you don't understand it, ask your real estate agent to explain it to you. If they can't, you might start shopping for a new agent.
in Baseball: when a person hits the ball over the outfield fence, or beyond the distance measured as a home run
Yes the gate can be installed without removing the fence. But if the company that installed the fence forgot to add the gate I highly doubt I would want them to come back and do the work.
Call Biff Baker Fence Company Inc. Their phone number is (520) 323-9427. Simply contact a fence installer in the Tucson area. They charge by the sq foot of fence installed.
NO. that would constitute double indemnity which is a felony offense and a form of Fraud. You can not get paid by the insurance company and then turn around and insist on payment again for the same loss from your neighbor.AnswerTypically the person having the fence installed is bound to pay for it. Unless an arrangement has been made prior to the construction. It is common courtesy for cost to be split evenly by those who will share the fence, but if the neighbor has already been paid by the insurance company then I would call him out on that one, it would be a criminal act.

Neither is responsible. If you want to replace the fence and the neighbor doesnt than you cant legally touch it. If the neighbor gives consent to rebuild the fence its his or her choice if they want to split the cost or not. So basically whoever wants the fence replaced is responsible for payment.
Is there a stand off distance along a property line between two single family homes for a fence to be installed, if one of the two homeowners does not care to have the fence installed and does not want to split the cost of having the fence installed? JR McCulloch (301) 903-6721
I've heard that some vinyl fences hold up better than others, but mine has looked beautiful since the first day it was installed. My fence came from a company that actually makes the fence right in-house, so perhaps the better quality makes the difference. Here's the link to the company I purchased from, Amechi Fence: http://www.amechifenceco.com.
I guess he would need to use a helicopter since he cannot breach the peace. Breaking the lock or fence would be disturbing the peace, I think.
