Two separate circuits in most vehicles. You have a fuse and a flasher for the hazards and you have a separate fuse and flasher for the signals.
Most commonly the flasher - usually located in or near the fuse box - perhaps at the left lower side of the dash by the steering column it just plugs in
If the lights come on but just do not flash, then replace the flasher relay. If they do not come on check the bulb and fuse.
It COULD be a blown fuse. Check the fuse panel. It COULD by a blown flasher unit. If the fuse is OK, change the flasher.
You should have the flasher module in the fuse box inside the car up around the brake pedal. They both work from this. At the same time check all the fuses in the fuse box under the hood, just to make sure all are good.
open dash and feel to the left and find the other flasher and replace it. it is just like the one in the fuse panel
Replace flasher

Check fuse and/or flasher
it is the same fuse the horn uses (check it does the horn work?)
The flasher is just for controlling the intermittent electrical current. There is also a fuse in the fuse block under the dash. It could be in the switch on the column.
