Another View: As stated above, it is possible that both a husband and a wife might be chosen for the same jury pool, however it is HIGHLY unlikely that they would be chosen to sit on the same jury. Reason: during Voire Dire one or both attorneys would challenge offone or the other due to the likelihood of the jury verdict being appealed if the case did not go either ones way, citing lack of impartiality due to the undue influence of one juror upon the other.
