I mean Erthromyacin or Z-pack, its not swollen. My lab chews his foot and I cant get it 100% clear it will start to clear then he does it again. I have been dealing w it for years.I wrap it with a Telfa using Bactroban, sometimes a little ant-fungal and Desonate gel-mild steroid trying to cover it all. I thinks its internal(Allergies) and he needs a course of antibiotics. What do you think?
