Unless attacked by a crocodile at a river, it is unlikely a leopard would deliberately attack a crocodile. The risk of being injured would be too great, and a leopard would want to avoid such an encounter.
The leopard can stand a chance against the crocodile due to the speed, but the crocodile has very tough skin that the leopard cannot bite through. The crocodile will grab the leopard with its jaws and crunch it to death.
