In short: Definitely not. Legally speaking, you will need to get a divorce, a process that could take up to two years. You cannot have two wives. If you do, it is called bigamy, and as said before, it is illegal.

Answer 2: You could try and even get away with it for a time. Bigamy is punishable by jail time, I would not advise it.

Is it legal for a 16 year old to get married to a 23 year old in another state and return back to Mississippi married?

All states but Nebraska require the couple to be 18 to marry without parental permission. In Nebraska it's 19. A few states waive this requirement if there is a pregnancy but then you most likely still have to have court approval. If you are pregnant/already have children there are a few states who allow you to get married without parental consent but then you must have permission from a court. And even with parental approval, most states require court approval when you are 16 or less.
