If you are divorced in Alabama where there is a 2 month waiting period before remarriage, would you be able to get married in Las Vegas, Nevada and not have the two month waiting period?
i got married 2 years ago in las Vegas with a british citizen, i am from Mexico, we also got married on the church but in Mexico how can i get a divorce if i married in las Vegas but i have 1 year living in Mexico?
You have options. You can get divorced in the state you were married in (Nevada) or you can get divorced in any state in which you or your spouse has currently established residency. Typically it takes 6 months to 1 year to establish residency. It would be my suggestion to file for divorce in the state you currently live in because it would be much more convenient having the process local.

If you are both over 18, then no, you will not get in trouble, at least not with the law. If you are under 18, you will need parental permission to get married in Las Vegas. If you are a minor, there are laws against taking you across state lines without parental permission, not to mention laws against marriage without parental permission or a court order.
