Continuous Effects are not usually 'used', they are always active. But to put it into context, Bountiful Artemis has an effect that lets you draw cards when counter traps resolve - this effect is continuous, it doesn't matter whose turn it is, or if you have drawn cards from it before, it will let you draw a card every time the condition is met.
Unless another effect puts it back to its original place.
It actually depends - some do, some don't. Regular continuous effects will cease to apply if the monster leaves the field. So Jinzo's trap effect will stop as soon as he leaves the field (or is flipped face down). Some monsters will say 'until end of turn' in their effect - it doesn't matter what happens to the monster, the effect will last until the end of turn. Some monsters apply an effect, but do not state when the effect ends. If that's the case (like Gale the Whirlwind), then again, doesn't matter if the monster leaves the field, the effect remains. Finally some will specifically say 'as long as this monster remains face-up on the field'. Usually these are old prints of the continuous monsters mentioned above - they now no longer list this text because they do not need to.
Stardust Phantom's first effect is a Trigger, and will activate whenever the condition is met. That means it can activate in your turn or your opponent's turn.Stardust Phantom's second effect is an Ignition Effect and can only be activated in your own turns. The protective effect it applies to a Synchro Monster will work like a continuous effect, it can be protected once per turn in either player's turn.
Yes, using a monster's effect in absolutely no way stops it from being tributed later on in the turn.
As Destiny Hero - Plasma's equip effect is a "Once Per Turn" effect, yes it can, and the existing monster is destroyed.
No, a monster cannot manually change battle position on the turn it was special summoned, though it can be changed by an effect.
No, it is an Ignition Effect monster and can only be activated in its controller's main phases.
It depends on what the effect is.If it is a Quick Effect, or a Triggered Effect, then it can be used once in either turn.If it is an Ignition Effect (which it will be if it doesn't specifically respond to something, or specifically say it can be used in the opponent's turn) then it actually means 'Once per your turn'. While confusing, it'd technically be redundant to say 'once per your turn' on an Ignition Effect, they can only be activated in your own turn anyway.
Yes, you can attack with the Tribute Summoned monster unless a card effect tells it not to or it is after the Battle Phase.
yeah it can but its no use cause its destroyed during the end of the turn that you monster reborn it on the proper card effect.
The effect he uses to destroy a monster, is an Ignition Effect, so can only be used in your own turns, in your main phases. However his counter-adding effect will add counters in either turn.
You can manually change the battle position of a monster once per turn, (but not on the turn it was set or summoned from hand) If you flip a monster face down with Book of Moon or use the effect of Sonic Bird, then you are allowed to flip summon them in the same turn.
