Yes some can. But some can't from what I've heard. If you download songs from the internet onto iTunes, you just have to make sure iTunes can tell you have your mp4 player in. If not it can't download them.
If the music has been converted to play in iTunes then those files cannot be played by all mp4 players (the format is different).
Not Exatually, it depends on the resolution of the MP4 player and mp4 movies, the code owned by movides and supported by mp4 player. If your MP4 player can't play MP4 movies, you can use Macgo Blu-ray Player for MP4 format movies.
I THINK you can't. You might be able to if you buy a drm-free itunes plus song, and have a mp3 player that supports aac.
You can put the songs onto an iPod using iTunes, but for other MP3 players you will need a different method that is probably explained in its manual.
Do you mean the program ? Certainly it is not possible.
Yes, it can
An mp4 player is a electric divice that plays songs and is a higher editon of the mp3 player it will only work if you have head phones
An MP4 to MP3 converts files that are in the MP4 format to MP3 format. This can be helpful when a device cannot play an MP4 file and must be converted to be played.

No you can't. mp3 players are meant to play songs (mp3 format) not videos (mp4 format). You can put them in, but you will not be able to play them on your mp3 player.
MP3 files are definitely compatible with iPods, as are MP4 files. WMA files are NOT compatible and need to be converted into MP4 files. I recommend Kigo Video Converter, just be sure to change the output to custom MP4.
Yes. If your DVD Player supports DIVX media file types, then it can also play MP4 files too.
Most modern audio players, such as the iPod, will play MP4 files. The audio part of an MP4 uses the Advanced Audio Coding known as AAC which is the format used for audio files purchased from the iTunes store. The AAC/MP4 files give a better sound quality in a smaller file size than the equivalent MP3 file.
Yes VLC media player will play .m4v files.
Yes, the iPod will play .mp4 and .mp3. .mp4 files are iTunes songs as you originally downloaded them, and .mp3 files are either converted files that you converted in iTunes or files that you did not get through iTunes. The iPod supports a variety of audio formats: AAC, Protected AAC (from iTunes Store), HE-AAC, MP3, Audible, Apple Lossless, AIFF (as found on CDs), and WAV.
