Yes, it is possible. Its really hard to explain...but if you were wondering if you are adopetd or something because of this then that is not a good reason to base it off.

Its really not hard to explain, there are two genotypes for the phenotype A

AA or AO, one from dad one from mom so depending on parents genotypes you can get AA ao and oo children

Baby recieves one gene from each parent:
  • Mother would give the baby one O and Rh (+)
  • Type AO and Rh (++) or (+-) = A pos
  • Type BO and Rh (++) or (+-) = B pos
  • Type OO and Rh (++) or (+-) = O pos
YES, the Type O- father can have a child that is Type O+ if the mother contributes the other O and an Rh (+) genes.
