OpinionOnly you can answer that question for yourself. Massage Therapy is an extremely rigorous profession. It takes strength and endurance and a lot of bending over with your head being supported by your neck. Holding that position for long periods of time can be uncomfortable for fibros. You need to assess the severity of your symptoms now, knowing they will probably worsen as you age and the degree of dedication you can devote to keeping yourself in good physical condition. If you can pull it off you would add a welcome dimension to your work since massage therapy is one of the few treatments that can bring any relief to people who suffer from fibromyalgia. Your insight would be a bonus.
