If you are sensitive to one nut you may well be sensitive to others, or become sensitive to others over time. For example, I am very allergic to Brazil nut and less sensitive (but still allergic) to others. I'm not allergic to almond but I may become so because I've developed new nut (and other food) Allergies (or intolerance) over the years. This may happen to you, too.

Depending on how severe your allergy is...yes you can.

Say you can eat foods with traces of nuts in, you MAY be fine...however consult with your doctor first-I am not a qualified doctor/nurse...and I only go off what I have been told about my allergies.

You may not have an imediate reation but if tyou use the product over time it could kill you. You would probably have a slight headache which would become worse. Your eyes would be more and more blood shot & the whites of your eyes will become slimy and it will seem like a film on your eyes when you look at anything. You will be more 7 more tired until you don't know what is wrong. The eyes are the determini;ng factor. Be careful for hair products 7 vitamins.& natural products.

It is possible that you are allergic to a chemical that is present in almonds but which is not present in almond extract. Not everything is extracted, after all. But proceed with caution.
