Ive heard it can run of vegetable oil but not olive oil.
Sounds like an experiment in the making.
Check the oil level with the engine off after it has not been run for 30 minutes. You will then get a very accurate reading.
With the car off, turn the key to the run position. Press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times . The car will chime and the Change Oil light will turn off.
If the engine has been run without sufficient oil, there will be significant damage.
First solution 1. Run under cold water 2. Use olive oil on your finger Second solution 1. Butter
Yes, always make sure when you change oil in a car it is off otherwise if you don't you could get hurt by sticking your hand up in the motor changing the filter. And also the oil is to make the engine run smooth if you don't have oil in your car it will cause the piston to rub again the valves and could cause damage, and it could even blow your motor.
Shampoo first, then towel dry the hair. Apply the olive oil generously to the hair, keeping it off the roots, and put on a plastic cap (like a shower cap). Allow the oil to remain in the hair for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse throughly. Run a little conditioner through the hair and rinse again. Style as usual.
I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I recently had my oil changed and noticed the change oil light stayed on. To get it off I had to turn the key to the on / run position, but I did not start it. Then I had to push the gas pedal to the floor three times within 5 seconds. The change oil light went off after a few seconds. I turned the car off. I then restarted the car and the change oil light did not stay on, it went off with all the rest of the lights that come on when you first start your car.
turn your ignition switch on but do not start and pump the gas pedal hard 3 times turn ignition off and start car the warning should be gone. If not do it again and that should make it go away obviously the mechanic did not reset your oil gauge light it is required just wait the 3 months or run the engine the so many miles it needs to be run.
Drain the oil from the oil pan removing the 14mm bolt. Drain into certified oil container. Twist filter counter clockwise located above the axle on the back of the engine. Replace with a new one with oil on the seal. Replace the 14mm bolt in the oil pan. Refill car with 3 qts oil. Start car and run for 30 seconds. Shut car off and check oil level, top off as needed
Vegetable oil, actually.
the timing is off
Your car will not overheat because you still got water in it. You might want to check your oil. The light indicate that the car is either low or out of lubricating oil, please do not run your car yet, check and add oil first.
