No. All we can do is add additional information or a supplement correcting erroneous information in the original report. Once a report is written, it's record.

∙ 15y agoIt depends on the department's policies. Most of the time another officer, or chief, can add an additional narrative to the report, but only the reporting officer can modify the report.
