The Motorola Razor, whether it's prepaid or not, can technically download music off you computer. It requires a mini USB cable that will attach to a port on your computer. You may need to purchase a mini SD card to store the music onto. Any music that you have stored on your computer can then be sent to an external device (your Razor). You may have to go into your windows start menu and click on "Computer". From there you can see which drive your Motorola Razor is plugged into. Once you've discovered which drive to send music to, you can transfer the files onto your Motorola Razor.
go to http://www.scott-hall.us/, then click on "Multimedia", then on "Theme Music" and there is Scott Halls "Razor Ramon" theme song, then right click with your mouse button, then click on "save as".
