No. The security must be sold in the same market that it was bought in.

Ex: In India you can buy stocks in both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) If you buy stocks of XYZ Ltd from BSE you can sell it only in BSE and not NSE
