Yes it can but it will be at additional cost. The waste pipe from the sink will have to be p-trapped to inside the wall or into an adjacent cabinet. In some cases this would be an expensive alternative, however if money is no option, then it is reasonable to say it can usually be done.
well a portable dishwasher is on wheels so you can roll it to the sink and hook it up to your sink faucet. I'm really not sure what you mean by free standing but possibly it could be a dishwasher at the end of a counter top for which you would have to purchase an end paneo for it , It would be installed under the counter like a regular d/w . although free standing could also mean portable in some companies' brouchere. the most common unit is the under counter dishwasher which accounts for nearly 95% of units sold and is installed just as it is named, under the counter near a sink or water and drain supply and once installed is there until you replace it, the undercounter is also the least expensive because it needs no extra panels or parts.
There really is no difference
You have to look under the drawer of a drawer in the room with the big log.
Possibly if the housing is big enough.
Most dishwasher fill valves are inside the casing of the dishwasher. Most dishwasher fill valves are inside the casing of the dishwasher.
The Under Counter Drawer will hold any standard-sized keyboard with an included number pad.
The Under Counter Keyboard Drawer uses folding brackets that clip on under the counter and use a rolling mechanism to move the keyboard.

One that fits under the countertop and is hard wired.
Never
Anything is possible but I doubt it for under $400. It is far easier to go the other way and convert from portable with a manufacturers kit.
