Emancipation is up to the judge. If you can show a clear ability to support yourself and show a reason why you want to be on your own, the judge may grant it. In the few cases I have seen, the judge will grant emancipation where a minor has a criminal complaint, or civil complaint against the parents or foster home. Usually an abusive environment is always cause. Other causes are the minor's desire and ability to follow a career path or educational path that requires relocation. Sometimes one wants to go to a different school. If the parents are OK with that and are willing to provide support, the judge may accept that as well.
Usually a minor as young as 14 can file for emancipation.

There is no Emancipation available in Indiana.
The only way is to petition the court.
An 18 year old is considered an adult. The fact that they are pregnant does not matter.
not unless their parents beat them or neglect them or something like that
With parental permission, yes.
yes but the whol3 thing about emancipation its a big contradiction. because you need parental concent to be emancipated
Sorry but this doesn't seem to be a reason to be legally emancipated. If the parent is abusive or under the influence often when arguing then it is possible.
The age of majority in Indiana is 18 years old. There is no emancipation statute in Indiana.
