The teenager can decide just how long to spend the vacation with a parent, however if the parent disagrees then the decision can be reversed.
i would say it would be easier to be the parent of a teenager, because some parents would just leave their kids to do what they want, and have brought them up to be responsible enough to know what is right and what is wrong. teenager because if ur a parent it would be sad 2 leave your kid,:(
They have an opinion, which could be a sign of parental alienation, or just being a teenager not wanting to be told what to do. see link
at 18 years.
I thought she was when I was a teenager. How I am an adult and I see that my Mum just wanted what was best for me and is a fantastic Mother.
Not unless your parents allow you to. Pregnancy and becoming a parent does not emancipate you.
if they are fighting alot it means they will get a divorce but if its just about some stupid thing they said or if one parent forgot about his or hers birthday or something :D
The only thing that you can do to disown children is to have them written out of your will there is no parent child divorce courts just yet
Of course unless you prove to be a unfit parent. They wont take the baby away just because you are a teenager.
I guess it's okay rather then you kept it alone, but just to warn you if you are a teenager, your therapist has to tell you parent due to the law.
i think a teenager at the age of 16 can live with a friend but it depends if its a girl who is pregnant or if its just a regular person with just a friend they can but its going to be hard because they need money to pay rent or to buy other things for them
Justin was just 2 years old when his parents divorced. His mom Pattie Mallette had him when she was only 17 years old.
In deciding which parent the children should live with in a divorce situation, the court takes into consideration a number of factors, including the sex of the parent, how much the child has bonded with that parent, whether the child would have to change schools or their surroundings, etc. Although some feel that the standard age of 14 is when a child is able to decide which parent to live with, a Judge does not have to go by this age in making his or her decision. Age is just "one" factor considered among many others. It is not an absolute determining factor.
I THINK THAT KIDS SHOULD JUST BE CONSIDERED A ADULT AT THE AGE OF 16.
Yes, just as they can be forced to go to school, the doctor, to bed, etc. One of the roles of being a good parent is teaching children what is in their best interest, even if they don't think so. See link below
First of all why would you even cheat just get a divorce clearly you don't really love him or her just divorce if you cheat it's just drama and they will find out save the drama and just divorce
if you are the parent try and talk it through with them if you are child try and talk to someone maybe like a friend or a counselor and just let out all of your emotions
Family Feud:dress alike, talks like her, never home, they're fighting, bad gradesAssuming this question is directed by the parent then the parent may not know just how much time their teenager is spending with their best friend unless the teenager brings their best friend home or mentions they are seeing each other a lot at school or that the teenager is over at their best friend's house. Week days should be for concentrating on studies at school and doing homework and weekends are generally a reprieve for teenagers to go out and have some fun.
Hopefully, yes. Just get a good divorce lawyer!
Anyone can contest a divorce. Just because a divorce is contested does not mean a divorce will not be granted, it just means it is going to be a longer and more expensive process.
Your attorney should know what to do. If you don't have an attorney, you should get one. However I just answered a similar question about parent being served. Please click on my name to read a detailed answer about serving a parent.
Just the opposite, dear. She will be less free than she has ever been in her life.
They kind of mean the same thing but the difference is that : Single parent = A parent who is doing everything by her/his self like raising a family or handling children on his/her own. Parent = A parent is just everything. A parent is just a parent.
Why? You just emancipated yourself. The court isn't going to revoke that and appoint someone else as a guardian. If you aren't willing to take the responsibility to take care of yourself, you are not ready to be emancipated.
no he is just a teenager!
